Motorcycle Accidents

Of all the major injury and wrongful death case types, motorcycle accidents are among the most challenging and difficult to handle because the cause of the accident is not always obvious to the untrained eye. The visual, physical and dynamic aspects of motorcycle accident cases are different from typical automobile accident cases, and in order to fully understand the case, an attorney needs experience both in the saddle and in the courtroom.

The Law Offices of Bisno, Samberg & Mulvaney bring a unique and powerful array of skills and experience to motorcycle accident cases. We actually ride (we don't just buy a bike and pose for the camera), and know from first hand experience the things that can go wrong on the road.

AV rated litigation partner John Samberg is an avid motorcyclist with over 30 years of experience riding street and dirt. For nearly 25 years he has also been investigating and prosecuting major injury and wrongful death cases as a licensed private investigator and top trial attorney. John takes a very personal interest in the motorcycle accident cases Bisno, Samberg & Mulvaney accept, and he actually goes into the field to personally investigate these cases.

This combination of skill and experience has proven invaluable over and over again in many cases when John has been able to develop witnesses and leads that others would likely have overlooked.

As the victim of a near-fatal motorcycle accident himself (head-on collision in 1986), John relates to his clients in a truly personal way. John's "been there and done that", and when he says he understands what the victim and the family is going through, he truly means it.

Ask yourself what skills do you need your attorney to have right now in order to best protect your interests and prosecute your case. Top trial skills? Absolutely. Top investigative skills? Of course. Decades of riding experience? Definitely. John Samberg has those skills.
