Offices Commercial Litigation and Business Disputes
Aggressive yet cost-effective litigation strategy is the foundation of our approach. Also, when appropriate we seek extraordinary remedies at the beginning of the litigation process, including the appointment of receivers and obtaining writs of attachment, in order to maximize our client's position in the case. Our practical approach emphasizes a rigorous cost-benefit analysis at all stages of litigation to ensure that the litigation budget fits the magnitude of the case. Since our firm handles litigation in State, Federal and Bankruptcy Courts our clients enjoy continuity of representation when, as is very common, a matter starts out as a "litigation" file, then all or part of the case becomes a "bankruptcy" file. In these instances, unlike many firms that refer these matters out, the file continues to be administered by Bisno, Samberg & Mulvaney, with the entire case and long term goals of the client in mind.
