Birth Injury Cases

Cases that involve birth injuries are devastating for parents and child alike. They require special expertise, sensitivity, and experience. Our office represents clients who have sustained some form of birth injury.

Birth injuries can be mild or extremely serious. Birth injuries often involve some type of injury to the child including paralysis or palsy as a result of a botched birth, as well as a host of neurological and physical problems. Other cases involve injury to the mother.

Some of the conditions that result from birth injuries include Cerebral Palsy, Erb's Palsy, and Hypoxia.

We have handled many types of birth injuries involving injury to the mother, the child, and both.

At Bisno, Samberg & Mulvaney, we regularly hire the leading experts in the fields of maternal fetal medicine, neurology, neuropsychology, neuropsychiatry, developmental psychology, rehabilitative medicine, and developmental pediatrics to press our case before a jury. Our experts are located in California and throughout the United States.

These are often difficult cases, and need to be very vigorously pursued.

The first step is to contact us, either by e-mail, facsimile, or telephone. We will provide you with a free initial consultation.

If, after evaluating the case, we believe your case has merit and it makes sense for our firm to act as your lawyers, we will handle the case on a contingency (percentage) basis at no cost to you.

If you, a family member, or a friend has a case which may involve brain damage, for a free consultation, please contact us by telephone, fax, or sending an email to pbisno@bisnosam.com.
