Automobile Accident and Car Accident Cases

Automobile and car accident cases by definition involve situations where someone is injured either as a driver, passenger, or pedestrian in a car collision.

Good legal representation is essential to the proper handling of these cases.

Unfortunately, there are many attorneys who handle auto accident cases on a high volume, mass production basis. These unscrupulous lawyers accept as many cases as they can and then quickly settle them for less than full value utilizing paralegals, legal assistants, and secretaries to handle almost all of the legal work. As a result, the client is shortchanged and people become distrustful of lawyers in general.

However, there is a small group of highly qualified attorneys who have excellent reputations in the insurance and legal community who represent automobile accident victims.

The Law Offices of Bisno, Samberg & Mulvaney is a prime example. Tenacious, ethical, and well respected, our versatile trial lawyers handle automobile accident cases as well as other sophisticated matters such as medical malpractice cases, and business law cases. Bisno, Samberg & Mulvaney accepts only a small number of automobile accident cases and prosecutes them to the fullest extent.

At Bisno, Samberg & Mulvaney, we determine the value, in dollars and cents, of each automobile accident case we accept, and then do whatever it takes to obtain a recovery in that amount. That effort often involves spending hundreds of hours performing various legal tasks including trial, pre-trial depositions, court appearance, and conferences.

Here are some of the ways that our approach differs from other law firms that handle automobile accidents:

1. An attorney (as opposed to a secretary or paralegal) will meet personally with each new client. That attorney will handle all court appearances, depositions appearances, and trial. That attorney will be directly responsible for the handling of the case.

2. Automobile accident cases handled by Bisno, Samberg & Mulvaney are thoroughly prepared for trial. What this means is that we prepare and serve written discovery, such as interrogatories, request for admissions, and request for production of documents on almost every case they handle. We hire expert witnesses when needed, and we take depositions when needed.

3. We do not agree to "bargain basement" settlements. Quite the contrary, we fight to get top dollar for our clients. We will keep a case in the office for years if necessary, and take the case to mediation, arbitration, and trial in order to obtain an excellent monetary award for our client.
